These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SubsTracker application ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1: Definitions

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

The App provides the following features:

Article 3: User Registration

The App can be used without user registration. All subscription data is stored locally on the device.

Article 4: Premium Plan and Fees

  1. The Premium Plan is available at ¥500/month or ¥4,000/year
  2. Payment is processed through Apple's App Store
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  4. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Article 5: Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

Article 6: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to us or our licensors. Users are granted only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Article 7: Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  2. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data entered by users
  3. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the App
  4. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

Article 8: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Article 9: Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.

Article 10: Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、crelve（以下「当方」）が提供するSubsTrackerアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（定義）

本規約において、以下の用語は以下の意味を持つものとします：

本アプリはユーザー登録なしでご利用いただけます。すべてのサブスクリプションデータは端末内にローカル保存されます。

第4条（プレミアムプランおよび料金）

  1. プレミアムプランは月額500円または年額4,000円でご利用いただけます
  2. お支払いはApple App Storeを通じて処理されます
  3. サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます
  4. 返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに従って処理されます

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権（著作権、商標権、特許権を含みますがこれらに限定されません）は、当方またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。ユーザーには、個人的かつ非商業的な目的で本アプリを使用するための限定的かつ非独占的なライセンスのみが付与されます。

第7条（免責事項）

  1. 本アプリは「現状のまま」で提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません
  2. 当方は、ユーザーが入力したデータの正確性、完全性、または信頼性を保証しません
  3. 当方は、本アプリに表示される情報に基づいて行われた財務上の決定について責任を負いません
  4. 当方は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じる損害について責任を負いません

第8条（責任の制限）

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、当方は、本アプリの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負わないものとします。

第9条（規約の変更）

当方は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。変更は、改訂された規約を本アプリに掲載した時点で有効となります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用することにより、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第10条（準拠法）

本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。
